On Thursday, October 22, 2009 (and optional 2nd day: Fri, Oct 23) in New York City is the Gel (Good Experience Live) Conference which brings experts on the patient experience together to offer a series of presentations on the patient experience, particularly looking at:
Who’s improving it?
How are they improving it?
What approaches are being taken in various healthcare disciplines?
This is the seventh year for the conference and it has a great list of speakers. So if you are in the area and have the time I would definitely suggest checking it out.
