The Yahoo trip planner is a cool tool for travel nurses

Obviously, you can get directions, but you can also get advice on cool places to go, good places to eat and fun stuff to do. Then with the click of a button add it to your trip. You can even write an online journal about it and add photos. There is even an area to get advice.
If you want you can also browse the trips others have taken. This tool is obviously more for general, shorter trips, but it would also work well for your 13 week travel nursing trips too.
